i have just purchased my new virtualvinyl,and the drivers for the interface box is not installing i am using vista so can i get the drivers pls pls pls in need of it urgent

Hello , have you inserted the software install CD , when connecting the unit?
The drivers are on this cd and will be installed by windows when you connect the unit.

yes i inserted the cd i tried it on a xp laptop and it worked but on my machine which is vista iti stelling me sound card error
