I just purchased VirtualDJ and I am noticing something that I did not experience in the trial. The sound is weaving in and out (levels, gain not sure). I know its not the music as I can play it over other players with the same sound card fine. It aslo happens on all my tracks. Has anybody has this experience and offer me guidance to fix it.

It's the limiter (compressor) you're having issues with. When you set your songs' gains higher than 0db and have limiter enabled (by default), the volume increases where song's amplitude is lower than maximal deteced.
So to solve this problem, select under "Settings > FAME Settings" the "Auto Gain" to "Always 0db" (or you can always manually adjust the gain around -0.5 db to 0db, if not using external mixtable) and, if the problem still occures, set the "Limiter" to "disabled".

I was experiencing this too and had to turn off the limiter. Sounded like crap.
