everytime i put in a song that is longer than 10 minutes it wont work. First it wont scan the song, and second if i play the song, it would lock up every 2 minutes. I had the freezing problem before, but now that i bought the software everything runs fine except when i put in a song that is longer than 10 minutes. What do i do????

Check in the options that the "limiter" feature is set (accepts)tracks longer than 10 min.

on the contrary I think you don't have enough memory to play long songs so the swap disc is used and you are experiencing freezing while the system is swaping data from virtual memory to ram

set limiter to 5min or always to load only a small extract of the mp3 file in memory at a time.

What is the size of your hard disk. How full is it and when was the last time you defragmented?

Dj Coco, thank you very much, it worked. I changed the limiter and now it scans the whole song and it plays perfectly fine. Thank you very much.
