Have a feature that only lets you into the forums/plug-ins if you register your software.
But at the same time also have a separate forum for NLU, so they can still ask questions get help, and be shown the errors of they're ways.
That way they can still get help/ give help.
I think this would cut down on the amount of NLU's requesting to have stuff emailed to them, but still enable them to get help and advice from everyone else and hopefully be converted from the dark side.
The old if they don’t know what’s there they can’t ask for it.

This has been discussed at length before and quite recently too I'm afraid. They have no plans to make any changes to the forum at present.
