Well basicly when you coming from a older virtual dj to a newer one you have to learn how to map everything out again which can be kind of hard say like 5.0 to 6.0 the mapping is different and how to map is different the easy way of mapping i think was with the older virtual dj see i want you use 7.0.5 but cant because im use to how stuff is mapped out on 5.2 but it dont work the same on newer versions

mapping in vdj 7 can either be hella easy, or hella complex... for the easy stuff, just press "key learn" move the knob, slider or button you want to map, then press action learn, and pick a control from the skin, if you don't have a dual deck controller, just write "deck 1, deck 2" in front of the action. easy...
if you want variables and shifts you have that ability now, which you didn't in vdj 5.

I recently purchased a numark mixtrack pro controller and was wondering how i could map the filter to one of the effect nobs. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.
