Was wondering if there was a way to save the parameter settings for this effect. As of now I am forced to use the mouse to manipulate the settings each time I bring the up effect for use.

you can't save the settings as such, however you can program the settings into a key or midi button, that can also turn the effect on and off, I do it for almost every effect I use.
An example of how it works,
effect "djosdelay" active & effect "djosdelay" slider 1 25% & effect "djosdelay" slider 2 50% & effect "djosdelay" slider 3 75% & effect "djosdelay" slider 4 100%
that turns the effect on and off and sets the first 4 sliders at different levels... 25%, 50%, 75% & 100% respectively
I haven't listened to those setings, they are just to show you how they work
