ive just downloaded the reloop beatmix mapper for virtual dj pro and installed it but nothing shows up when i open up me virtual dj pro any ideas why

What version of VirtualDJ are you using? Do you have the latest v7.0.5 installed?
Make sure that you also have the latest firmware installed from http://www.reloopdj.com
Please check in the folders My Documents\VirtualDJ\Mappers and My Documents\VirtualDJ\Devices and make sure that the BeatMix is present in both of these folders. If not, download the mapper again from http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/14987/Reloop_BeatMix.html and install it again (Double-click on the file that you downloaded.)
Make sure that the BeatMix is detected as a MIDI controller. Download MIDItrace from http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/ControllerDefinition.html and run it (Make sure that VirtualDJ and all other applications are closed.)
You should see the BeatMix listed in the input/output sections. If not, please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MIDI%20Controller%20Not%20Working.html
If it is listed, select it in both sections and then click on SEND. Copy the response that you get back and post it in this topic.
