I use bpm editing alot because i like my cbg to be spot on. So why dont you embed those editors like anchors, cbg shifts ect into the waveform grids themselves. those open windows cause a problem when working on the fly. 
See how if you click on the pencil those anchors and shifts are accessible from that grid.
Makes the workflow simple and doesnt require other open windows to cover your UI.
Also if you add a broom icon to that stationary waveform on the bottom you can embed the Track cleaner options to eliminate the need for those open windows
