I used VDJ8 yesterday for a wedding party for about 8 hours and it was OK but for the fact that the cpu usage was sometimes very high especially when I am mixing video files using three decks. Sometimes the music was breaking when discovered the cpu was fully red. I have less than two weeks brand new pc bought specially in anticipation of VDJ8, therefore my pc is not the problem. I tried VDJ7 and discovered that the cpu usage is far much less than VDJ8. This problem should be tackled urgently.
I also could not enjoy the samples and effects because there were problems using them. With mouse at home, it works perfectly but when I connected my pioneer ddjsx, they behaved in a strange way. Maybe I still have to understand better how it works with my controller.

Problem is recognised and will be fixed in VDJ 8.1.
