I clicked the resize box on the upper left and now VDJ is up in the heavens somewhere off my screen so i cannot resize it back, is there a setting in the xml file i can change it back?

try grouping all windows them reselecting vdj window

did that, even tried eliminating my dual monitors to see if it loads on the single monitor properly, but stays the same...I have changed the resolution also to see if that might correct it...no dice.
