I have bought the VDJ8 Pro Licence for PC, I have had no serial number sent to me to activate, I have bought 'Download type 2' so I am not waiting on a disc being delivered.
I go to my account, licence's and it said I have a licence for the DDJ Ergo, which is correct. but where is my Pro download? All I can find is the Free version of VDJ8? Can anybody help?
I have struggled to find the right version now for a full week.

Download and install the free version, start it up and go online, log in and it will activate it automatically ...... no more different versions, no more serial numbers :-)

Just to clarify your purchase was for a Controller License and not Pro.
There are only minimal differences in the software however.
