Ok I have seen several users do it but I would like to know how? Because if not then I was gonna go with my original plan and get the ns7 2, but if this is possible then i'd rather do the timecode vinyls because I really like virtual dj. Any help please?

In order to use Timecode vinyls, you would first need to purchase VDJ Pro Infinity.
In the meantime, you could give it a try using the Home version. The audio configuration guide gives you the information necessary to the audio setup (look at Page 20):

Then you can move on to setting the Timecode vinyl:
