I created a number of new samples when I first downloaded version 8. I'd like to use these samples in my older version but it doesn't recognize the extension "vdjsample". Is there a way to make version 7 recognize them or change the format to "vdj" so they will be recognized?

A vdjsample file is metadata; it doesn't contain any actual audio. These files are not compatible with v7.

Really? That's strange, because it plays back as an OGG file once the VDJ info in the header is stripped.
