what exactly does this do? what programs cues is it looking for to get? or does this mean VDJ8 is capable of writing them to the tags and retrieving them?

Yes indeed, I'm very interested in what this is/does/(will do when it's finished.)

All the staff must be still smashed from bpm last weekend, just keep 24 hour bumping, it's there in the software so it's a legit question.

I am going to assume the latest revision of ID Tags support storing track marks, which VDJ can read and import. But with the issue of the grid moving by itself, I would turn this feature off.

It reads old djdecks cue-points and Traktor cue-points as well. Works only for MP3 files.

The get cues does not work on traktor files for me I have tested many times.
