I purchased virtuL DJ 8 and have order number etc
the email with order number stated a further email with licence key code would follow
cant locate that email so controller numark mixdesk express cuts out after 10 mins as if its trial version
support pages no good and when I click on query link still no access to licence code
end up going round in circles why do vj make it so difficult to contact them and most importantly how do I get the elusive key code
any help appreciated

There is no key code for a v8 subscription - you just log into your VDJ8 install with the same account you logged into the website with and it will be active.

not good if you use numark mixtrack pro2. you need license in it.

Hi,
My Purchase Order is . removed
I have done the credit card payment of $99 and have downloaded Virtual DJ8 License copy.
After installation I logged in through my login and password which you all provided, but still my software continues to shuts down in 10 minutes.
Please Refund my money or mail me the KeyCode for VirtualDJ8 on my mail id removed I am using Hercules DJ Control Air.​

There is no license key for v8, you must login using your VDJ credentials.

You should get 10 mins even if you haven't logged in, is your HW detected?

Home Free will support you controller only 10min after each launch
if you want tp work with your controller you need at least a plus or a Pro/ Subscriber licence
