I am trying to control VDJ-8 on Windows 8 from a Pioneer DDJ-SR and I have been gotten into trouble. When I push the [Hot Cue] button the program does not understand the command and as a result, the cue works improperly. The software of the pioneer driver controller is the version 1.000 and the firmware is
1.07.
The controller is in mode that can control software other than serato.
Could anyone help me please?

You should turn your device back to Serato mode
Then use the native mapper and it should work.
