I would like to incorporate in settings to choose the pitch reset time option. Tnx.

There is no setting for that. The speed of the pitch reset can be defined using a % parameter in the pitch_reset action.
E.g. pitch_reset 5% will move the pitch back to zero with a speed of 5% per second (1% is the default value)
 
I know, I wish that were in configuration to setting it permanently.
 
It would be useful to assign it to a custom knob with variable %.

Can sort of be done if you add multi queries to the reset button X=Y? rate A : X=Z? rate B
