Not really a regression bug, but a bug in this new build. AIFF tag scanning, the Artist and song Title will revert back to the less complete "get from file name" format of Artist - Title after VDJ has been restarted. So it does not seem to be storing all the rescanned AIFF tag information.
Also I could not Write to the tag from VDJ. iTunes could update the tag on the file, so it is not a permission thing.

To complete that, the ordering in Germany of these letters (ÄÖÜß) is after there corresponding "ordinary" letter, like you could see in this screenshot

Since i cant reproduce it here, could you please restore to factory settings (by deleting or renaming the settings.xml in VirtualDJ/Documents) and try again ?

It seems to me with every v8 build the beatgrid gets worse, beat tap is horrible...please fix it.

The BEAT TAP problem was already in some BETAs ago, isn't a regression bug for this version...

still problems to load the second video track while the first is in play with Numark N7II,
the first stop for a moment and hear the audio noise.
