May you please be more specific about what other issues occur. I'm at important gigs doing my job and my laptop has crashed during very important moments. I bring a backup laptop with me for such moments but this shouldn't be happening. Is this a Denon issue, a Virtual DJ compatibility issue, or a laptop issue or all of the above?
This is not an acceptable way to work. And I don't know how old these messages are. Are the new updates available? Do they automatically update or do I need to go in and do it manually?
My computer crashed this past Monday using the Denon MC6000MK2 with my paid for, licensed Virtual DJ software on my Dell laptop with Windows 10. I had Best Buy's Geek Squad keep my laptop for several days to try to figure it all out but they didn't have my controller. They say my Windows 10 wasn't installed properly so they fixed it and said I'd have no more problems. I'm still having problems. I was good for a few gigs that lasted 4-5 hours. Then it happened again.

Try using the wasapi drivers instead and report back.
Instead of selecting Denon Asio as the sound card there should be another option in the click down box.

@edwardscl06 please note that the Plus (controller) license is for home use only.
If you're doing "a good few gigs" / "important gigs" then you need either the full Pro Infinity license or the monthly subscription license.

I've been getting this same Blue Screen with my Denon MC6000 and switched driver to use WASAPI instead of ASIO. It's working for now and keeping my fingers crossed.

I've had this crashing 5 times just last night , previously it crashed my computer and corrupted the registery it had to be returned to Dell

I think i have discovered the solution. Unistall Asio drivers, and redownload them from the website. Do a fresh install. Then right click on the sound icon (down right) and select playback devices. Make sure that the asio drivers aren't default communication devices. Then go to the recording tab and disable totatlly any input lines that are from asio. Then in virtual dj make sure you dont use any input lines. Thats it.

Purchased the Denon MC6000MK2 in Jan17, VDJ8 in Mar17, and Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Win 10 in June. Same BSOD issues as Page 1 ... related to VDJ8 and Denon controller. I am a PC tech too, and have fought this problem (and serious failures during gigs) for a long time, with 20 hours of online time with Dell. Have installed every update in software and drivers. Denon has replaced the controller, but the issue has been narrowed down to Denon drivers and VDJ8.
Any developments from Denon or VDJ yet this year? Are there any new insights, aside from trying the WDM / WASAPI?

Those drivers have always been temperamental. Denon produce good hardware but unfortunately their software is a nightmare. Just look on their forum to see all the problems with Engine and Engine Prime.
Look, there are no issues whatsoever using WASAPI. I know some people like to try and use the manufacturer drivers for compatibility but in this case they are a nightmare and best avoided.
I gave up with the Denon drivers in 2011 and have been using the WASAPI drivers with my MC6000 ever since and not had a single problem.
Let them go.

Guys i wrote a solution. Just go read my comments on this. I've been using denons asio drivers for over a year with no issues.
