VirtualDJ - Serial Code Problem

When I enter the serial no i got with DJ Mixstation 2 feat. Virtual DJ it says the serial code is invalid. Can anyone tell me what to do?

The best think you can do is to send a mail to service@virtualdj.com

i emailed service@virtualdj.com, they suggested it might be cause I downloaded a crack copy of Virtual DJ before hand to see what it was like (i didn't realise ejay.com had a demo version of DJ Mixstation 2 Feat. Virtual DJ). Does anyone know how to overcome this problem? I'm still waiting for a response from service@virtualdj.com after I told them I downloaded a crack copy of Virtual DJ before. i've totally cleaned my hard drive of any trace of the crack copy (i think so anyway).
I really want to get stuck into DJ Mixstation 2 Feat. Virtual DJ and start mixing.
Please please someone help me!!!

He is talking about himself probably being the longest Demo version User for this software since its inception. Which I have a feeling will change soon once he finishes his skinning program for VDJ. lol!

What's happening with my problem? I HATE keep going on and on and......support@ejay sent me another serial code but it didn't work.

My fingers are itchy waiting to start mixing......
