Before posting here, please ensure that it is a regression bug. Try to install a previous build and see if the issue is gone. If the issue is still present then either it's an older bug and should be reported in the bug report forum, or there's another reason why it's not working for you.

It will allow closing (even with loadSecurity to On) if the Master Deck is not playing.
What sound setup are you using ? External mixer or Master & Headphones ?
but anyways, i dont think that this has anything to do with the current beta build, not a regression one, so please continue and provide more info to a topic in the Version 8 Bug Report forum, not here (unless you can only reproduce this with the current build and not some previous one).
