i paid $99 to get software to use my mix deck express. i don't see no serial numbers

There are no serial numbers in VirtualDJ 8. Your purchased license is already visible in your virtualdj.com account, so all you need to do is to login with your virtualdj.com account credentials, in either the LOGIN window which will appear when starting VirtualDJ or in Settings->LICENSES tab.
In that LICENSES tab, you can also verify (inside the box "Current licenses") that the purchased license is enabled.
VirtualDj 8 can be downloaded and installed from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/index.html (in case you havent done already)
