I think this is a bug i just downloaded windows 10 and open virtual dj 8 and with the fruit skin the software is not responding. i will try other skins to see if it work fine with other skins but with the default skin virtual dj 8 work fine is this a bug ?

Please dont use the Regression forum to report bugs regarding Windows 10.
Its not officially supported yet or rather highly not recommended. Its an OS that came out just yesterday and definitely there will be issues and bugs not related to our software.
