I recently just purchased the American Audio VMS2. I already had Virtual Dj Pro on my computer (computer meets all requirements). I went to install drivers and installed them. Virtual DJ is not recognizing controller at all. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to do a uninstall on the current version on Virtual Dj 8? and reinstall it to get it to work? thanks

No reinstallation required.
Do you "see" the controller if you turn it on and open the AA ASIO driver control panel?

I seen the controller once and currently I don't see it. I am using windows vista. Once I see it whats the next step?

Update to win 7.
I really can't recommend using vista.
Especially not with the vms devices.
Had to use a vista laptop once with the vms 4.
It was just impossible to use. Only crackling sound and stuff. No matter what latency i used
