Sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been answered, i have been through technical support in the help guide and read various other forums but nothing actually gives me an answer, so sorry
I am using an am4252 dj controller from digitech with virtual dj 7 software.
This is new and out of the box, but when i plug it into my computer, it fails to install the drivers (dialog box saying windows failed to install drivers)
Which im guessing is the reason that it comes up in devices as unrecognised.
I have done some thorough searching and i cant find any drivers for download ANYWHERE!
Please help, im going to be really dissapointed if i cant get this to work.
Using a windows 7 laptop also, and using it in a usb2.0 slot (ive been informed that they generally dont work in a 3.0 slot, and ive tried switching to it but it doesnt even attempt to install drivers this way)
