After purchasing a pair of gemini 700s I have had numerous problems with vdj8 and 7 freezing and not responding.
However the main issue I am having is that when I do get them working after playing one track on the second deck all the buttons and platter fail to respond, it does still show me the track info on the screen though. I have downloaded all relevant drivers and mappers and so on, been through the settings even tried switching the decks to make sure its not the deck itself. Unfortunately I have had no luck and would appreciate any help I can get.
My setup consists of
2x gemini cdj700
American audio 14mxr mixer
pioneer ddj sp1
and using windows 10.

What firmware are you running, you need to be running 4.4 not the latest 4.4.15 as it stopped mine reading discs properly, i do get some random freezes but not many.

They are 4.4, I have removed the hid device and mapping files and deck one seems to run a bit better however vdj freezes as soon as I connect deck 2.

The 700's are plug and play with 8 and it looks like your are a pro infinity user so it should work flawlessly!
