Headphone output runs behind master output. I changed latency settings to no avail.

So I d/l virtual dj 8. Now the monitor is playing ahead of the master. And where is the monitor volume control???? Is there anything that is simple anymore?

This could happen if Headphones and Master are not using the same sound card.

I followed the instructions. I couldn't work out any other way to set it up. If I use the front for master, nothing comes out the speakers.
