Sounds crazy... I've done some pretty advanced mapping and am just thinking of this now...
Is there a way to map a keyboard command for right click? I looked up that name and context menu. Probably just calling it the wrong thing.

And not all Windows keyboards have it. I have a Sager that does not.

For Windows I know several ways you can invoke the right click pop up menu from keyboard.
My favorite one (since I use it for 100's other tasks as well) is AutoHotKey
But I don't think it supports MAC OS though...
