Hi,
I have a problem with my Mixtrack Pro II deck A or B freezing after touching the jog wheel, I have updated to the latest version of VDJ and its still doing it, i'm using an iMac and the settings are at default for my type of controller, anyone got any ideas why?

So, in Settings->CONTROLLERS tab, the Numark Mixtrack is using the "factory default" mapping ?
What exactly do you mean by "freezing" ? Sound stops ? Software is responding (you can e.g. search for a track) ?

Hi, Yes its at factory default,
It won't play a track and none of the play, sync, cue etc buttons work

Does Browser/Search work while "freezing" ?
Can you try to assign the action :
deck 2 touchwheel_touch (or/and deck 1 touchwheel_touch for left deck)
to a custom button and see if its turned on while freezing ?
If it is, click to turn it off and see if music continues.
what we are trying to see here, is if what you call "freezing" is a controller that doesnt respond, or a software freezing (cant do anything at the software).
You can also try to delete the settings.xml from the Documents/VirtualDJ folder, restart VirtualDJ and see if that helps.

No I cannot load a track into whichever side freezes.
sorry i don't get much time to use it in the week, i have just quickly used it to try it and all seems ok at the mo, but I have just moved the controller into a different position, i am wondering if it is a fault with usb cable.
I will keep using and report back if I have any more problems.
