I just noticed this one.
In VDJ 8.2 if I right click on a track in the browser, and select (say) tag editor, the tag editor opens, but the right click menu that I selected it from stays there too.
Update: It only seems to be behaving like this on one particular skin (Extreme Pro Mix). Very odd.

Works fine for me. Right clicking and selecting editor, track cleaner etc. makes the menu disappear.
