in my sampler, i have more than 8 things to choo choo choose from, iv noticed that only 8 buttons are assigned and the same are assigned to the other deck... would it be possible if theres more than 8 samples the rest of the samples continue to the other deck?
and its the same with the rest of the samples.
maybe by pressing the PADS icon the PADS can extend to ALL and some empty buttons to edit more buttons maybe

Samples assignment on the pads is automatic.
If a sample bank has more than 8 samples then the right side of your controller will control samples 9-16 even if sampler pad page (or your custom page) says sampler_pad 1,2,3 e.t.c.
Therefore there's no real need to have "sampler_pad 9" for the typical controller with 4X2X2 pads layout.

Ok. There is a bug when no controller is connected. I've reported it to development to look into it.
