Yes you can. It's the software that determines if you can play video, and VDJ can. Any hardware you connect is just a remote control for the software.

Well I have cdj900 and dmx900 Nexus I just Wana start video DJing with it I have virtual DJ software I just wana know how to do the setup plz help me out.

I use a similar set up in 'HID' mode. Search in the forums for 'HID' of 'CDJ' and you should find information on how to set up your equipment.
