Whenever I click vinyl mode on my Pioneer DJ DDJ-SB2, it will stop the music. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and Virtual DJ itself, but it keeps having the same issue. I haven't had any problems with this controller or software until now. If anyone with any answers could help me out that would be great.

Do you still hear sound when moving the platter?
If so, perhaps the touch sensor is somehow locked and always thinks the platter is touched?
Does it happen on both sides?
