Hi
I have tried to play a few videos on the latest version of VDJ8
The video plays in the small video windows left and right but doesn't play in the larger output window or pop up window. Any help appreciated

I haven't had any response to this so here is a bit more info. I was pushed for time when I posted initially.
I am using the latest version of VDJ 8 with a Denon MC7000. The video has worked in the past but it now seems that when my computers are connected to the Denon the videos will not play either in the main video window in VDJ8 or on an external screen. The window in both cases remains black.
This is the case on both my main PC which I use as main playout and on my back up laptop.

Are the faders up on the denon? (video follows the faders when videoVolumeLink option is enabled)
