Tema: recover account with no access to email

I have no alternatives to recover my account but I can give enough evidence to support that I am the owner of the account, I have the associated email user, I have the credit card used to make the transaction. I've contacted support 3 times via email but they just ignore me.
I need to get support quickly, I've been waiting for a clear answer for several weeks. I am angry with the sporote service via email, I need someone to contact me who is really willing to help me recover my account, either by changing my email or associating my account to a social network.

Do you have any email or phone number, I speak English and Spanish, I could not find it.

Just contact support. The support has Spanish speaking customer agents.

And when you create a support ticket, its automatically created an email correspondence where the agent will reply to you via email as well as ticket.
And you can also then write back again via email (or ticket)
