I've tried reinstall/uninstall asio driver, tried VDJ PRO / rekordbox 6
my right deck just don't work (spinning/vinyl/slip), my left deck works fine

left deck shows
"CONTROL CHANGE" as I spin
but
Right deck shows
"Note ON" or "Note OFF"

Could it simply be a hardware issue?

You have previously had a cracked version of VDJ installed
Part of the crack is to change the network setup on the laptop so that the software can't connect to the servers, and that now affects the real version of the software
If you search for it on this forum there are links to some tools than can cleanup your network settings
After that you should be able to connect to the servers again
