You can also enable (from OPTIONS) KeepPlayStatusOnLoadSong and respect the current deck status on loading

I email an issue to VirtualDJ Help centre, 48 hours ago and the response team haven't reply as yet. What is causing the delay? Anyone else experiencing this terrible service recently?
