Hi, I use an NS6II using the 4 channels for the full stems eq option. Turning down an eq mutes the stems but is it possible to set it so when turning an eq up it isolates that stem rather than boosting the volume of it? Eg turning up the vocal eq would create an accapella. I've searched in the options and can't find anything.

The action that does this when assigned to a knob is.. stem 'FullVocal' (or FullMelo, FullRhythm etc)
I suppose your knobs are assigned with the default actions ( eq_high , eq_mid etc), so best would be to map them like..
so that you keep the default behavior in the other EQ modes
