VirtualDJ - Using Denon SC5000M & X1800

I have windows 10, when I start VDJ, it recognizes both my 5000's & X1800, I used the exact same routing that worked before, I used the 2 masters (line 1/2 3/4) to have VDJ output work on Streamlabs, my problem is I have no volume in headphone, no levels on either channel showing my mixer is getting any audio, I tried 3 different cables, I tried without the master, when I use the cross fader it moves, playing & stopping works from the players, I have tried every possible master/heaphone combination, the 1st time I tried this hardware it worked, now no volume, the mixer is set to usb on both players, both players & mixer are recognized, I tried starting VDJ, then turning on the gear, when it asks wheres the output, I put the mixer, but have tried computer makes no difference, I set VDJ to speaker headphone, then added the mixer, nothing works. This setup worked before! I have denon x1800 box blue, mic box blue & speaker & headphone, or separate decks blue
my settings, I have tried with only asio, and with wasapi, makes no difference
deck 1 denon dj x1800 prime asio out 3 & 4
deck 2 denon dj x1800 prime asio out 5 & 6
deck 3 denon dj x1800 prime asio out 1 & 2
deck 4 denon dj x1800 prime asio out 7 & 8
master line 1/2 denon dj x1800 prime wasapi chan 1 & 2
