i am trying to use the stems but they are completely non - existent atm after the recent update. and my eq settings always changes to default, low mid and high freq. Need help asap!!

if you were trying to use music from Tidal - that's gone. Tidal will no longer allow it.
settings not saving properly can be caused by not allowing the software to shutdown properly. but without more information we can't really do much more than guess

This is the expected behavior when stems are not available.
The EQs revert back to Hi, Mid, and Low.
and Shapes waveforms are NOT displayed,
and the Stems padpage will be called "Stems N/A" instead of "Stems 2.0"
