I have multiple VDJ accounts, one for each of our DJ systems. I've recently organized email addresses on our servers based on which system the VDJ accounts belong to (instead of them being random like in the past). I've switched over a couple of the account emails to new one's, no problem. Sends me the code, I plug it in, and whalla... new primary email for that system within VDJ. BUT, I have one system left to change over and when I go through the same process, I get this "This email address has been blocked. Please contact use for more information". And so I did contact them. Product support has been no help as they don't understand the problem. Why is this occurring and how do I fix it? Like, I said, the other accounts all switched to the new emails, no problem. TIA
