I have been a client for 16 years and i chatted with techs online had them go into my computer remotely awesome but WHY CAN I NOT GET HELP? I can not make any more play lists, no techs respond, is there a limit, is it my computer? Please tell me. I Have to go to other customers for help?

The distinct lack of information given in either post might just be why you can't get an issue solved.
Troubleshooting takes detailed information and if you can't give it or don't know how to find that information it would greatly help to let us know so we can point you in the right direction, otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time and we get to go around in useless circles
What specific build of the software are you using? Look in the lower left of Options for the specific build number.
What operating system: Windows or Mac? if on a mac have you fully enabled permissions? if on windows is everything VirtualDJ allowed through the firewall or through antivirus settings?
Where and how are you trying to download these playlists from? is it a reputable source, a pool that makes playlists for peope too lazy or incapable of making their own? or are you using cload storage for your own playlists? you say you can't download anymore but never say from where.
