Hi i need a local filter to show the tracks on my library i have modified ie tag, cues etc but i cant find the correct condition. Has edit or is edit seems to be for the audio only. Any thoughts? Thank you

It doesn't work that way.
Once you make changes on your tags, VirtualDJ doesn't keep "history" that these tags have edit.
The only possible filter is "has_cues" (or similar, going by heart) to filter tracks that have cue points
