Does anyone know if their working on a new version of atomix? if so i purchased 2.1, am i gonna have to pay to upgrade to the new version when it gets released?

about the new version, there is a post about this in this with 26 replies or something including from the atomix team, it's somewhere on page 2 or 3 of the general forum and it's called "atomix 2.2" or something, at least i know 2.2 is in the title....
