I think that Atomix with 3 decks would be an excelent idea.

enable multi instance and you will be able to open multiple atomixmp3's having as many decks as you like. This can be a bit confusing and you will have to be able to beat match manually to do it. It might be a bit less confusing with multiple monitors.

I am using multiple AtomixMP3 players, but also think that 3 basic decks would be great mixing program.
