I can not dowlaod fromew this. My computer say that is wrong in filsystem then i had begin download.

I had the same problem, and here is the solution.
The first download window gives you a choice of saving it on disk or runing it from it's current location. do not save to disk, run it from it's current location.
Do the same thing on the second window - do not save it to disk.
The third window will give you the same two choices and you should save it to disk.
explanation: The first two downloads are Html files the third one is the skin file in zip format - and that's the one you need.
