You can drag the wave in the beat window side to side to give a scratching effect - but seriously - I would leave scratching to the vinyl junkies - you just do not have the same control doing it digitally. Alternatively, there is a bit of software by AnalogX that gives you scratching ability, but I don't know if it works alongside Atomix - I haven't tried it out yet.
