i use one 3D 4-channel soundcard for my atomixmp3 mixing with the front out allotted to my main speakers and the rear out to my headphones/monitor. is that the way it should be? also, what's the best brand (and model, if you wouldn't mind) of soundcard for me if i am to go on using just one?

PFL (listen the next coming song) doesn't work in atomixmp3 demo program, if that you want to find out. Your connection are ok.
