I'm in Mexico and the TCVs arrive in 2 and half weeks. I notice who are other who wait 5 weeks to get their TCVs.

The TCVs arrive in standard mail post. It took from 2 to 4 weeks to get your TCVs. Did the mail office in your country works on saturday and sunday?, if not, you only have wait one more working day...
The software you buy it in this site and download it. After downloaded in 5 min get it working. Fast enough for you?

I purchased the software from you guys on FRIDAY night. I recieved NO email with your software and today is MONDAY.
I have sent you several notices and no response.
The last two I sent hours ago and still no response.
I was informed that after I take all the necessary steps in purchasing VDJ from you that it would take only 5 mins or so to be up n running.
I'm going on 3 days !!!!!
What's the problem?

If this is the kind of response I would be receiving before I even purchase your product and am up n running.
I can't imagine what I would go through if it was something serious either at a job or whatever....
