So i've downloaded the trial and it's freakin tight...i'm so going to switch over..
but before i do so,
i want to verify that the FS scratchamp 1 CAN be used in place of the MAYA 44 USB. that would save a lot of trouble. Aren't they basically the same thing? I figure it should work right? If someone can verify this for me..then i'm so on it! Awesome program..

If you have the drivers and Windows recognize it as a soundcard AND you have the ASIO drivers for this one, you could make it (in theory). The FS vinyls do not work with VDJ, you still have to buy your VDJ Full and your TCVs from VDJ.
